Return and Exchange

If you are not satisfied with the product due to a defect that occurred to the product during the shipping process or you received a product different from your request, all you need to do is contact customer service within 2-3 days of receiving the product send an email to info@shop-manse.com. You will then receive a return form.

Kindly print the filled-out form and attach it along with the returned goods.
Please make sure the product is unused, in good condition, any attached cards not removed, and the original packaging or wrapping is undamaged in the same condition received at the initial purchase.
Any product customized to customers needs or with name or date can not be returned or exchanged. Nor can any eatable items such as chocolates.

Kindly note that the delivery fee & pickup fee are still charged on the client.
